3 Questions every Beginner on Threads asks me

let's answer them once and for all..

I’ve been posting a lot about my and my clients’ success on Threads over the last weeks.

So more and more people are coming up to me with the holy question:

How did you do it???

While the answer to this question is long I noticed that everybody wants to actually have the answers to the same old 3 questions:

  1. What should I write about?

  2. How can I go viral to grow followers?

  3. How can I make money with Threads?

Since I’ve answered those questions for me and my clients I also want to answer them for you today:

1. What should I write about?

This one is easy - you should always write about your interests. Don’t force yourself to write about something just because you think it will bring you money.

To know your content you need to explore:

  • The books you buy or want to buy

  • Your browser or YouTube watch history

  • The interest you been wanting to pursue

Meditate on this for 10min and you'll have your topics.

And then?

Educate!

Every post you write should TEACH your audience.

Most people write philosophical quotes, boring anecdotes, and fluff, generic content.

Booooring…(and not helpful). You won’t grow an audience like that.

I don't. Instead, I focus on:

  • showing my expertise (degree in Psychology, Threads growth)

  • personal transformations (weight loss, from lost to purposeful)

  • providing a ton of value for my audience (writing/ growth/ branding tips)

2. How can I go viral?

As I said before:

Virality is not luck. It’s research. Once you know HOW it becomes easy. (I really mean this).

The best writers I know are the best researchers.

I spent months saving viral hooks on Threads. Now I have a whole topic/hook library I can extract content from.

Because once you know what topics to write about and how to phrase your hooks, your posts are almost impossible to flop.

But that’s not all:

To go viral you need to speak your truth.

Most content on socials is broad, generic, and repetitive. Once you speak your truth you stand out.

People love novel ideas and controversial opinions.

Because the most famous creators are those who bring a new unique idea to the market that haven’t been articulated like that ever before.

Think about it:

Alex Hormozi, Jordan Peterson, Gary Vee, Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan - what do they all have in common?

They brought ideas into the market that hadn’t been discussed like that before.

If you want to stand out from the crowd you need to say NEW stuff. 99% of online creators are not successful because they don’t say something original.

And how to be original?

Speak your deepest truth. The more you speak your deepest truth the more unique your content will be.

So write down a list of ideas you have that you think nobody else articulated like that before. Note down your belief system (even if it goes against the mainstream narrative)

The most famous creators are those who bring a new unique idea to the market that haven’t been articulated like that ever before.

Trust me, the Threads algorithm will reward you.

3. How can I make money with Threads?

Every time it comes down to this question - how can I monetize? And the internet is full of answers to this question. But a lot of it is confusing and complicated and everybody seems to have a different solution.

But I want to make it easy for you. In the end everything comes down to these simple 8 Steps:

  1. Create an Offer around your expertise/interests(Life Coach, Business Mentor, Threads Growth Coach,...)

  2. Educate about Your Offer (Writing Coach educates about how to write)

  3. Give tons of value for FREE (free guide, templates, e-book, or webinar)

  4. Include a Call To Action in your posts (DM me, subscribe to my newsletter, follow,...)

  5. Outreach to fitting prospects and be active in the DM's helping people with their problems

  6. Ask them to hop on a call with you to discuss their issues and your solutions

  7. Show them your full offer

  8. Convert them to paying customers

That’s it! I hope I can make it more clear for you what you need to do in order to grow your brand on Threads (and other social medias).
